Chelsea and I had my folks over last weekend for a turkey dinner. It was close enough to Thanksgiving, turkeys were not frozen and on sale, and since I typically work on Thanksgiving and don’t have much of an appetite after cooking a big meal, it was nice to relax with family and enjoy the food.
Here’s a great modern history of Thanksgiving by nowpublic.com, a user-generated news service that used a couple of my Thanksgiving photos in its story about the holiday.
